Housing Assistance

The Norco Redevelopment Agency offers assistance to income-qualified persons and families through a variety of Housing Programs administered through the Housing Division.
Norco Housing Programs are funded by the Redevelopment Agency as part of its goal to preserve the community's supply of safe and affordable housing. Emergency Grants and Home Improvement Grants are available to qualified Norco residents. Home Improvement Grants and Emergency Grants are available to income-qualified homeowners for emergency health and safety repairs, and for general property improvements. Deferred loans are available for more extensive home repairs that cannot be completed with an Emergency Grant or Home Improvement Grant. Prospective homebuyers may be able to benefit from the First-Time Homebuyer Program or the Infill Program. For additional information, see below, or call the Housing Division at (951) 582-5540.
