From the I-15 Freeway (North), exit on Second Street, turn left off the freeway onto Second Street. At the main intersection of Second and Hamner, turn right onto Hamner Avenue. Travel north on Hamner until you reach Fourth Street. Turn left onto Fourth Street. At this point you will see City Hall, turn left onto Clark Avenue.

Travel south on Hamner until you reach Fourth Street. Turn right onto Fourth Street. At this point you will see City Hall, turn left onto Clark Avenue.
