The City of Norco is proud to offer the award-winning Party Pardners Program for developmentally disabled citizens. Program participants meet on the second and fourth Fridays each month from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Norco Senior Center, 2690 Clark Avenue for an evening of entertainment, socialization and activities. This program is funded by the City of Norco and the City of Corona CDBG Funds. For more information, please contact the Norco Senior Center at (951) 270-5647.
