Code Enforcement is conducted throughout the City on a complaint basis and deals with violations to the Norco Municipal Code and other City regulations.
If you would like to file a code enforcement complaint, you may do so in one of three ways:
1. Download the code enforcement complaint form below and submit it to Norco City Hall, Attention Ken Swank.
2. Call code enforcement at (951) 270-5684 and speak with-- or leave a message with your name, address and contact information.
Remember, no anonymous reports will be investigated. Be sure to leave your name, address and contact information with your message.
