Jim Hosley: Jim has been a member of NCP sience 2003. He currenty is a Board Member as well as the Call-out Coordinator. Jim is the Volunteer of the Year for 2010. Jim joined NCP to help keep the city he lives in safe.Jim volunteered an average of 70 hours per month with NCP.
