Community Able to Attend Planning Commission Meeting In Person
Community members will have the opportunity to physically attend and address the Planning Commission in person at its meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, in the Council Chamber, located behind City Hall at 2820 Clark Avenue in Norco. Those in attendance will be invited to an area outside of the Council Chamber for in-person viewing via monitors.
Per Governor Newsom’s Executive Orders, and in an effort to ensure the safety of the public, adhere to social gathering and distancing orders, and prevent the potential spread of COVID-19, attendees are expected to practice social distancing and wear a mask/face cover.
The Planning Commission Meeting will also be livestreamed, and will be accessible at www.norco.ca.us/PC051320.
In Person: Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in public comment in person during the meeting. Those wishing to address the Planning Commission will be directed to complete and submit a speaker card, and will be allotted the standard three minutes to speak.

Please limit comments to 250 words or less and identify the agenda item you would like to comment on (e.g., Item 3, Item 4.A, etc.). All comments submitted before the item has closed will be read aloud at the meeting. Any comments received after this deadline and before the meeting is adjourned will be maintained with the minutes of the meeting.
Please note, speakers may only submit a formal comment in person OR via email. For example, if you formally submit a comment to be read aloud at the Planning Commission Meeting, you may not also submit a speaker card to address the Planning Commission in person.
