Shea Ranch Norco Project

This is a project proposed on 22.9 acres on the southwest corner of Horseless Carriage Drive and Fifth Street in the Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial (M-1) zone. It consists of 425,000 square feet total in four buildings consisting of industrial/warehouse/distribution space with incidental office uses. Below is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) along with the MND document and appendices. The public review and comment period for the MND is from November 1, 2017 to November 20, 2017. Written comments should be sent to either:

A special meeting/study session with the Planning Commission, to discuss traffic and truck impacts, is scheduled for November 8, 2017 in Conference Rooms A and B at City Hall, 2870 Clark Avenue, Norco, CA 92860. The public is invited, however no decisions will be made at this meeting.

The next regular Planning Commission meeting was adjourned to November 29, 2017 in the Council Chambers at 2820 Clark Avenue, Norco, CA 92860. This project and the MND will be advertised for a public hearing before the Planning Commission at this meeting.
