Mark Your Calendar: National Day of the American Cowboy

Get in touch with your Wild-West self and celebrate Horsetown USA’s National Day of the American Cowboy on July 28 at the Ingalls Event Center from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.! Join us at this action-packed, fun-filled, family event that honors America’s cowboy and Western heritage!

Festivities include:

  • Stagecoach Run with Sheriff Stan Sniff
  • Bandit Shoot-Out
  • Wagon & Chariot Races
  • Cow Chip Tossing Competition
  • Kid’s Corral: Boot Scrambles, Stick Horse Races, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides and Panning for “Gold”
  • Stunning presentation of flags from all 50 states presented by riders on horseback
  • Performance by the Mane Attraction Equestrian Drill Team
  • Live entertainment by Charra Int'l De Las America
  • Pacific Coast Junior Bull Riders Rodeo in Moreno Arena
  • Equestrian participation events in Clark Arena, including Ranch Sorting and Ribbon Race for a $10 entrance fee, and Obstacle Course, Poles 1, Speed Barrels and Speed Ball for a $5 entrance fee.
