At its regular meeting of June 19, the Norco City Council considered an ordinance to require undergrounding of utility installations. In response to the approved first reading of the ordinance, Southern California Edison (SCE) has requested that the City Council discontinue pursuing the ordinance further. The City of Norco is considering next steps. The documents are available below:
