The Trademark and Licensing Program was established as a foundation for promoting and protecting the use of City trademarks. The Trademark and Licensing Program protects and promotes the indicia (name, logos, graphics, marks, etc.) owned by the City of Norco. The goal is to ensure proper use and application of City of Norco trademarks and to strengthen relationships with retailers, licensees, community organizations, and residents.
