The Existing Conditions Analysis Reports provide a solid foundation of information and understanding of the community as it is, on which plans can be built to guide the community's future growth and development. This information is intended to provide the community and all participants in the General Plan process with a shared understanding of the existing community, as well as the opportunities and conditions that may shape its future.

The Existing Conditions Analysis is conducted to evaluate the existing conditions for each of the General Plan Elements. An analysis was done for the following elements:

• Circulation & Mobility
• Economic Development
• Land Use
• Community Character
• Noise
• Safety
• Outreach Phase I
