Join us as we update Norco’s General Plan! Updating the General Plan is generally a lengthy process that takes approximately two years to complete. With this in mind, steps to update Norco’s General Plan began in the Summer of 2023 to ensure that robust community engagement efforts were conducted, the community was informed of these efforts, and community voices were heard and incorporated into the development of the draft General Plan.

Thus far, community workshops and surveys have been conducted to hear more from community members, like yourself, to incorporate the community’s needs for Norco’s future.

The 2050 General Plan is currently being drafted and will incorporate the feedback received from the community so far, however residents can still provide their ideas!

Throughout the development of the General Plan, the City of Norco will continue to host public activities to ensure the entire community is involved in developing and providing input on the General Plan.

All members of the community, including business owners, students and residents of all ages, are encouraged to participate in the process and share their ideas for Norco’s future.
