Santa Claus is coming to Horsetown USA! Experience the holiday spirit at the City of Norco's Breakfast with Santa, Christmas Festival and Parade of Lights!

Event Schedule

• Breakfast with Santa (SOLD OUT): 7:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. ($5 per person - Tickets must be purchased online and will not be sold at the door)
• Christmas Festival: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. (Admission/Parking: Free, Activity Wristband: $10 per person)
• Parade of Lights: 5 p.m. (Free)

Please Note:

• Admission to the Christmas Festival, which includes entertainment and food and craft vendors, is FREE.
• Prices for Breakfast with Santa and Activity Wristbands do not include processing fees.

Breakfast with Santa - Tickets are SOLD OUT

• Cost: $5 per person (Includes Breakfast, Crafts and Selfies with Santa)
• Schedule: Attendees will select an available 60-minute time slot at 7:30 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 10 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
• Please Note: There are a limited number of tickets available and tickets may sell out prior to the event. Tickets must be purchased online and will not be sold at the door. Tickets are only valid during the selected time slot.

Activity Wristbands - Purchase Wristbands

• Cost: $10 per person (Includes Train Ride, Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Games, Crafts & More!)
• Schedule: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Activity Wristbands are required for any person who participates in an activity, including parents accompanying young children. Activities are subject to change.
• Please Note: Activity Wristbands will be sold online and at the gate until the event concludes at 8 p.m.

Parking

• General Parking: Gate A (Crestview Drive)
• Accessible Parking: Pikes Peak Park (Sixth Street)
• Follow directional signage

Road Closures

• Sixth Street (Crestview Drive to Pikes Peak Drive): Closed from 7 a.m. to approximately 10 p.m. to vehicle traffic to accommodate pedestrians at the Christmas Festival
• Sixth Street (Valley View Avenue to Crestview Drive): Closed from 2 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. due to the Horsetown Parade of Lights
• Vandermolen Drive (Intersection at Crestview Drive): Closed from 5:30 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. due to the Horsetown Parade of Lights

Accommodations 

• Any person who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this event is encouraged to contact the City of Norco at least 48 hours prior to the event so that reasonable arrangements can be made to ensure accessibility.
