The City of Norco and Rocky Hill Riders invite equestrians 17 and under to Kids Fun Day at Ingalls Event Center! Bring your horse and have fun playing games on horseback, including Ring Toss, Potato Race, Water Cup, Egg & Spoon, and Barrels!

• 8 a.m. -Check-In
• 9 a.m. - Games Begin
• 1 p.m. - Games Ends

Location

• The Arenas at Ingalls Event Center (3737 Crestview Drive in Norco)

Cost

• $20 for 5 events (Includes 4 events + entry in Barrels)
• *No refunds
• Free Food: Complimentary hotdogs will be provided to participants.

Registration

• All participants MUST register online at www.norco.ca.us/kidsfunday. Register online by October 25, 2025, at 12 p.m.

Requirements

• Saddles and helmets are mandatory
• No Stallions allowed
• A parent or guardian must be present
• Waivers and a healthy horse waiver must be signed by an adult

Accommodations 

• Any person who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this event is encouraged to contact the City of Norco at least 48 hours prior to the event so that reasonable arrangements can be made to ensure accessibility.
