City Hall Holiday Closure

City Hall and Satellite Facilities will  be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Inquiries will be returned upon reopening on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Online bill pay is available. The City of Norco, in partnership with Waste Management and the Riverside County Department of Waste Resources, hosts two free Residential Clean-Up & Paper Shredding events for Norco residents each year.

Date

  • Saturday, March 21, 2026

Time

  • 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Location

  • Ingalls Event Center (3737 Crestview Drive)
  • Parking Lots 2 and 3 (Follow directional signage)

Cost

  • Free - Proof of Norco residency is required

Vehicles

  • Vehicles are limited to cars, pick-up trucks, station wagons, vans, and SUVs. Residents with trailers and/or enclosed storage trucks will be directed to the landfill. Please note that company vehicles will be turned away. Residents are required to unload their own items.

Acceptable Items

  • Paper Shredding (limited to 5 bankers boxes); Washers/Dryers, TVs, Microwaves, Air Conditioners, Computers, Refrigerators/Freezers, Chairs/Couches/Tables, Box Springs/Mattresses, Barbecue/Patio Furniture, Bundled Branches, Bundled Green Waste

Unacceptable Items

  • Manure, Tires, Latex, Oil, Paint, Empty Drums, Motor Parts, Motor Oil, Pool Chemicals, Commercial/ Remodeling Waste, Transmission/Brake Fluids, Weed Killers/Herbicides, Bleach/Tub/Tile Cleaner, Fertilizers, Pesticides/Rodent Poisons, Anti-Freeze, Solvents/Gasoline, Engines

Accommodations 

  • Any person who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this event is encouraged to contact the City of Norco at least 48 hours prior to the event so that reasonable arrangements can be made to ensure accessibility.
