City Hall Holiday Closure

City Hall and Satellite Facilities will  be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Inquiries will be returned upon reopening on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Online bill pay is available. The City of Norco invites you to the 2026 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Robin Grundmeyer! Community members are encouraged to attend and learn about Norco's current challenges and opportunities. Prior to the presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy a selection of refreshments, explore a community farmers market, and check out Norco’s newest facility, The Barn at Ingalls Event Center.
