The City of Norco invites you to the 2026 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Robin Grundmeyer! Community members are encouraged to attend and learn about Norco's current challenges and opportunities. Prior to the presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy a selection of refreshments, explore a community farmers market, and check out Norco’s newest facility, The Barn at Ingalls Event Center.
